So at this point, I've been in Australia for a good couple of days. I've met a ton of awesome people, gone to several fun bars that I have a feeling I will be spending a lot of time at in the future, and gotten to explore the beautiful campus that Alex and I will be spending 4 months on. Actually later this afternoon, we will wander around and take some pictures so that I can post them on here for everyone to see. We went to a toga party which was a ton of fun, and tonight there is a tight and bright party which for those of you who don't know is exactly what it sounds like. Tight and Bright clothing is a must. A few days ago I went and bought myself a little fleece blanket and a pillow to make the room a little more my own, and I got an Austrialian cell phone for fairly cheap so that I will be able to get in touch with people while I'm here. It's starting to feel as though I am actually going to be living here for 4 months and not just on a fabulous vacation. Although that is still very much a factor.
