So far we have been in Australia for a week. It's been a whirlwind. Between Orientation events and getting to know tons of new people, the time has flown by. I have a feeling the rest of the semester will be that way too. So there was the toga party which I mentioned before, and then there was a tight and bright party which the picture on the left is from. It was a ton of fun, and we danced up a storm. Another night we went to a bar called 360 which is on the ground floor of one of the buildings on campus and we had Avatar shots which are the green things you see us holding. They even tasted good which is extremely dangerous, but we didn't get into too much trouble. We just went back to a friends room to hang out which is where the bottom picture is from. It's crazy how everyone here knows each other. It definitely isn't anything like

that at Northeastern. This is the small school experience that I never had. Today was the first day of classes, and on Mondays I only have photography so it was a nice easy day to start off the semester. The professor seems really cool and I know a few people in the class so it should be a good time. We will be taking a lot of photos for class so I will have plenty to post on here. I am also taking 3 psych classes; Drugs and Behavior, Love, Sex and Relationships, and Forensic Psychology. I have one each on tues, weds and thurs, and then tutorials and labs also spread throughout the week. It should be a good semester. I'll post more once I've been to my other classes, but I wanted to get an update done while I had some free time. I think I'm coming

down with a cold, which is no fun, but luckily i don't have too much class during the beginning of the week so I can rest and kick it out of my system. All in all, its been a great time so far. The people here party like crazy, every night so far, and I only participated in 3 of them. Even that was a little much for me, so it will take some getting used to, and I have a feeling I will need to sleep for a week when I return to the US. Hope all is well with everyone at home!
